The rare blend of analytic ability, people skills, customer focus and strategic thinking have allowed him to lead organizations through rapid growth and difficult times.
His first startup experience was with Oracle Corporation where he played a major role in launching the Professional Service organization in the Central region. That experience enabled him to build two more high performance sales organizations-ASG and Blue Pumpkin Software. As the first Vice President of Sales for Blue Pumpkin, Glenn developed the go-to-market strategy, built the team and executed on the plan that resulted in $10M in revenues during the first 18 months. As President of BarterNet, an industry consolidation of business-to-business exchanges, Glenn led the team that negotiated and closed on the purchase of 26 of the largest barter exchanges. He led his team in the development and execution of the plan to integrate the acquired exchanges.
For the past 5 years Glenn has worked with early stage companies and companies in mature markets with revenue production issues. He has taken on the role of interim CEO as well as mentor and consultant. He has developed plans to improve performance both for individuals and the organizations.
